The Kivelis project is home to three detached houses and seven apartments overlooking Varkiza Bay. The architectural design of the building combines elegance and simplicity, with an emphasis on natural light and functionality. The design language of the Zeitraum products used in this project is likewise pure and unpretentious but full of character, and the organic structure of solid wood has made a very harmonious contribution.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open up to sea views. Large balconies bring indoor and outdoor spaces together and make the living space usable at almost any time of the year.
Modern materials such as wood, glass and concrete are used on the exterior surfaces to create harmony with the environment.
